The Challenge
Quantic Dream launched a free-to-play multiplayer online title in early access on PC. As the title transitioned from announcement to live operations, player expectations increased rapidly, requiring scalable player support and community management to sustain engagement and maintain communication quality. In addition, early user feedback surfaced concerns around performance and gameplay balancing. This introduced added pressure on community sentiment and potential impacts on roadmap timing. They needed a partner capable of rapidly scaling operations while managing nuanced, high-volume player interactions during a critical phase of the game lifecycle.
The Solution
TransPerfect Games implemented a flexible operational model within a single team structure. This approach enabled immediate scalability while maintaining continuity in tone, messaging, and overall player experience.
Key components of the solution included:
- Rapid Team Deployment & Scaling
Engaged during the game’s announcement phase and scaled to a six-agent team within months, supporting early access launch timelines.
- Hybrid Support Model
Agents were trained to handle both reactive support and proactive community engagement, ensuring consistent player communication across all channels.
- Extended Coverage for Live Operations
Weekend and peak-period coverage was provided during closed beta and early access launch phases to support continuous player engagement.
- Operational Agility
Regular alignment sessions and ongoing workflow optimization enabled the team to adapt to evolving game requirements and real-time player feedback.
